Tennessee was the final state on this cross country road trip where we would spend time exploring its National Park, the Great Smokey Mountain, and its surrounding touristy towns. The close proximity of Sevierville’s Buc-ee’s with Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg made this area our favorite mid-distance, weekend road trip destination.
First we found this nice old country store while charging, and of course, had to stop at Buc-ee’s whenever we can.
We continued on into the Great Smokey Mountains National Park.
Afterward, we went back to Pigeon Forge to explore and ate dinner before we made the long trek home back to Maryland. This concluded our first, and hopefully not last, cross country road trip.
